Important Information.

  • Mail cheques to Julie Pickford (Oasis Treasurer), 3588 Killdeer Place, Vancouver, BC V5S 4E2. Make cheques payable to “Oasis Ladies Retreat”.
  • Early bird registration deadline ends on January 31. Final registration ends on February 22. Full payment must accompany the registration form.
  • Check-in begins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019. Camp Squeah is unable to accept arrivals prior to the appointed registration time, but for those who prefer arriving early, we invite you to join us in the ‘Welcome Room’ which opens at 5:30 p.m. Oasis finishes on Sunday, March 3, 2019 after lunch.
  • Please eat dinner before arriving at retreat. Visit our website to view a list of places to dine in Hope.
  • We regret that Oasis cannot accommodate infants and young children.
  • Room assignments will be made after full payment has been received for all occupants.
  • There will be a $50 fee for any cancellations. No refund will be offered for cancellations received after February 22.
    There will be a $20 fee for NSF cheques.
  • We may be able to provide financial assistance. It is distributed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please bring your own towel and toiletries (including shampoo and soap).
  • If you have opted not to purchase linens on your registration form, bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, and/or sleeping bag. In Emory/Fraser lodges, there is one queen size bed per room and an additional twin bunk bed in some rooms. Speak with your roommates about sleeping arrangements so you know what type of bedding to bring.

Additional Information

  • For those who are in need of extra rest, Oasis is offering a “come-and-go” Saturday morning breakfast that will be available after the early morning hot breakfast.
  • Oasis is providing linens for a modest fee. This includes sheets, a blanket or duvet and a towel (for Emory and Fraser Lodges only). There is a limited number, so register early! If you have opted not to reserve linens on your registration form, then communicate with your roommates about your sleeping arrangements so you will know what size bedding to bring. You will need twin size bedding or sleeping bag for the bunk bed and queen size bedding for queen size bed. Bring your own towel as well.
  • Activities are all-inclusive.
  • We have invited a group of musicians from Surrey to lead us in prayerful worship. You’ll be sure to enjoy their upbeat, contemporary style with a mix of hymns.
